How to force delete the file using windows cmd that won’ possible to delete with normal delete option

Step1: go to cmd prompt for this you need to do

use windows+R button to open the run window

Step2 :then type cmd in it and press ok , then type the below commands to delete file you want

DEL /F /Q /A <File Path>

replace the file path with the file path of the desired file and press enter then the file is deleted succesfully. you wont get any error message.

How to delete folder using windows cmd

Step 1: Run the Command prompt on windows .
Step 2: Type the below command

rd /s /q <Path of the Folder>

Here rd command stands for Remove Directory,

/S command deletes all subfolder and files,

/Q Deletes directories without confirmation.

For example: Type in the following into the command line and press enter

>rd /s /q C:\Users\offlinedownload\Desktop\desiredfolder

then the folder is successfully deleted from the pc
